Mira Technology is an assembly manufacturer: we buy engineered wire and cable from qualified mills and distributors and manufacture it into finished interconnects. We do not draw copper, extrude insulation, or wind magnet wire. What we do is everything that happens between the spool and the finished assembly your product needs.

That distinction matters when you are sourcing. If you need bulk conductor by the reel, a mill is your supplier. If you need a documented, tested, repeatable assembly that drops onto your line and passes your incoming inspection every time, that is the work we do all day.

Every build starts with a documented review. Sales and production read your drawing together, confirm wire gauge and insulation, verify connector and contact part numbers, check strip lengths and crimp tooling, and flag anything ambiguous before material is committed. Missing information is resolved in writing, not assumed on the floor.

Once material is in, we build a first article, test it, and document it. You get the assembly plus the evidence — continuity and hipot results, crimp pull-force data where applicable, and photos on request. Approve the first article and the same documented process runs every release after it.

Any shop can build one working harness. The value of a manufacturing partner is the two-hundredth one being identical to the first. We control that with fixtured layouts, documented work instructions tied to your revision, calibrated crimp tooling with routine pull testing, and operators trained to IPC/WHMA-A-620 acceptance criteria.

Revisions are handled the same way. When your engineering changes, the drawing revision, the work instruction, and the material callouts change together, so there is never a question about which version is on the floor.
