Assemblies that survive the application, not just the bench
A cable assembly passes or fails in the field, usually at a termination or a strain point. So that is where we concentrate: correct strip length, correct contact for the conductor, verified crimp geometry, deliberate shield termination, and strain relief that matches how the cable will actually be routed, flexed, and pulled.
For signal-critical assemblies, shield continuity and connector torque get the same attention as conductor continuity. Getting those right is the difference between an assembly that works in a lab and one that survives vibration, temperature cycling, and years of service.
