Aerospace buyers are buying evidence

On a flight program, the assembly is only half the deliverable. The other half is the documentation that proves the specified wire was used, the crimps were made with qualified tooling, the workmanship met a written standard, and the unit passed test.

We treat that record as part of the product. Material traceability, drawing revision, inspection sign-off, and electrical test results are retained and tied to the lot that shipped.

Wire and insulation specified for the environment

Aerospace wire is chosen for temperature, weight, abrasion, and outgassing behavior, not just current-carrying capacity. PTFE and ETFE insulated constructions dominate for good reason, and they behave differently from commercial PVC under strip and crimp tooling.

We set tooling and process to the construction on your print, and we verify terminations with pull testing rather than assuming a gauge callout is sufficient.

Ruggedization that survives the platform

Vibration, thermal cycling, and confined routing kill harnesses at their weak points. Backshell clamping, strain relief, breakout support, tie-wrap patterns, and sleeving are built to the drawing and inspected against it, because those details are what carry an assembly through qualification and into service.

Where a routing environment demands more, overmolded and potted transitions are available.
