Where we fit in the supply chain

To be clear about scope: we do not draw copper or build raw cable. We buy engineered stranded, braided, and shielded wire and cable and manufacture it into finished assemblies — terminated, protected, marked, tested, and documented.

If you need bulk conductor on a reel, a mill or distributor is your source. If you need those constructions turned into a repeatable assembly that passes your incoming inspection, that is our work.

Stranded and high-flex constructions

Stranded wire exists because things move. Robotics cable carriers, articulating medical devices, and vehicle-mounted equipment all flex their wiring for years, and a build that ignores that fails early at the termination.

High-strand-count wire needs its own attention: correct contact selection, crimp tooling set for that strand configuration, and pull-force validation to confirm the joint. We set tooling per construction rather than assuming a gauge alone tells the story.

Shielding done deliberately

A shield only helps if it is terminated the way the design intends. Foil with a drain wire, tinned copper braid, or a combination each behave differently, and pigtails, ground rings, and full 360-degree backshell terminations are not interchangeable.

We build the shield termination your drawing calls for and verify shield continuity before shipment. If a callout looks likely to create a noise problem in the application, we raise it during the build review.

Protection that matches the environment

Braided sleeving handles abrasion where a harness rubs, spiral wrap allows break-outs along a run, and heat-shrink and overmolding seal transitions where fluid or vibration is a factor. We apply what your environment needs and what your print specifies.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you manufacture the wire itself?

No. We are an assembly manufacturer — we buy stranded, braided, and shielded wire and cable to your specification and manufacture it into finished, tested assemblies.

Can you build with braided sleeving and metallic braid shielding?

Yes. Braided sleeving for abrasion protection and metallic braid or foil shielding for EMI control are both routine parts of our builds.

How do you terminate shields?

To your drawing — pigtail and drain wire, ground ring, backshell termination, or 360-degree shield termination in a suitable connector. Shield continuity is verified before shipment.

Do you handle high-strand-count and flexible wire?

Yes. High-flex and high-strand-count constructions are common in robotics and medical work; tooling and crimp validation are set specifically for them.

Can you twist pairs to a specified lay?

Yes. We have automatic wire twisting and build twisted pairs and triples to a specified lay length.
