Communications

Telecom cable assemblies built for rollout, not just for the bench.

RF and coaxial jumpers, antenna and radio interconnects, rack and cabinet harnesses, and labeled installation kits — manufactured in the USA to consistent lengths, consistent markings, and verified electrical performance.

Deployment punishes inconsistency

One assembly built correctly proves very little. Field crews need every unit at the same length, with the same markings, terminated the same way — because a jumper three inches short or a label that does not match the drawing turns into a truck roll.

We build to a documented layout with controlled cut lengths and a fixed marking scheme, and inspect against it, so the hundredth site installs like the first.

RF paths built with intent

Coax terminations are unforgiving. Braid preparation, center-conductor protrusion, correct dies, and calibrated torque on threaded interfaces are the difference between a stable link and an intermittent one that gets blamed on everything else first.

Shield continuity is verified on every assembly, and we confirm the connector series is actually appropriate for the cable specified before we build.

Rack, cabinet, and enclosure work

Inside equipment cabinets, the value is in kitting: bundles pre-formed to the routing, break-outs at the right positions, service loops where they belong, and every leg labeled. That converts an hours-long wiring task into a straightforward install.

We also build power distribution and grounding cabling to your lug and torque requirements so the whole cabinet arrives as a coherent set.

Scale with the rollout

Network deployments arrive in phases, and holding inventory for all of them is nobody's preference. Blanket orders with scheduled releases keep assemblies arriving in step with each phase while pricing reflects the total commitment.

FAQ

Common questions

What telecom cable assemblies do you manufacture?

Coaxial and RF jumpers, antenna and radio interconnects, rack and cabinet harnesses, power distribution cabling, and multiconductor control assemblies.

Do you manufacture bulk telecom cable?

No. We buy cable to your specification and manufacture it into finished, tested assemblies. Bulk cable on reels comes from a mill or distributor.

Do you build repeatable rack and cabinet kits?

Yes. Length-controlled, labeled kits built to a documented layout so field installation is consistent from site to site.

How are assemblies labeled?

To your marking scheme — printed labels, heat-shrink markers, or laser marking, applied consistently across the lot.

Can you support rollout schedules?

Yes. Blanket orders with scheduled releases align deliveries with deployment phases.

Ready to spec your build?

Send drawings or a BOM 24/7 — our USA-based Sales team responds during business hours.
